✦Any mistake you make by skipping this page will be solely your responsibility.
✦No refunds will be issued if your expectations regarding the commission process do not match what has been established on this page.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
✦I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
✦You, as the customer, are responsible for keeping all information, images and other digital data saved that I provide. I am not responsible for preserving the artwork or files.
Usage
✦ You agree to the personal, non-profit use of art policy, unless otherwise stated, and give me all image credits.
✦ You may not make any changes to the artwork yourself or let a third party make changes.
✦ Do not copy, follow or claim the artwork as your own. The artist (me) retains full ownership of the work.
✦ Unless otherwise stated, commissions are made for personal use only.
✦Commissions for commercial purposes should be discussed in advance, as different fees may apply depending on the specifics

✦ I reserve the right to publish your finished artwork in my collection for any reason.
✦I reserve the right to refuse any project or client for any reason.
✦I have the right to a full refund if I no longer want to work on your project for any reason.
✦I reserve the right to post commissions online unless there is a due date (eg birthday, issue date) then I will wait accordingly.
✦I reserve the right to use your commissions as a visual example for future commissions and categories.
✦Credits must be given to the artist.
Ordering
✦I am not responsible for any errors you make during the transaction.
✦Commission is only in $USD
✦ Full payment must be made after initial sketch review.
✦ Payment is made via PayPal only.
✦ Payment must be sent within the timeframe stated on the invoice (usually 30 days). Otherwise, the commission will be cancelled.
✦ I will not start working on your commission until I have received full payment, unless we have previously agreed to a partial payment.
✦ If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge a fee to include those details.
✦ Changes and additions are only applied during the sketching phase.
✦Please note that all my sales are "digital artwork" and that is the "intellectual property" of artwork purchased by you, the customer.
✦I or the customer never intended to ship them directly.
✦I am never required to ship an item unless it has been clearly discussed.
Process
✦It may take up to 1-2 weeks to complete the commission, depending on many factors such as other business commissions and commission order. If there are delays due to health issues, etc., you will be notified.
✦I will send you one or more sketches for you to choose and approve. You should apply the most important adjustments at this stage.
✦I can stream the commission process on my Twitch channel unless you have explicitly requested it to be kept secret.
✦It is not possible to change the whole pose when I start to linearize.
✦Do not disturb my work speed, no matter how much time has passed.
✦Any rude, inappropriate, inflammatory and/or non-constructive comments may result in blacklisting.
✦Credit to me, artist, is required when posted or used on another platform.
Refunds
✦You can cancel the commission without any cost if the payment has not been made.
✦ You will only get a full refund if I haven't started working on your sketch or been unable to complete your commission by the originally discussed deadline or not at all.
✦Commission NOT refundable after I start working on it (sketch).
